Publishing your site to the web is basically uploading the files that you have created to the web server you have chosen to host your site on.

Any host that you choose to use will give you access to a control panel, which will allow you to manage files on the server, along with other parts of the server that you have been given access to by the provider.

Another mehtod of uploading files is throught the use of an FTP program.

I reccommend the use of Filezilla, as it is an excellent application and best of all it is free.
